About you:

Hibob is looking to add a new team member to its fast-growing legal department!
We are seeking for an experienced corporate counsel to work as part of our global team - negotiate and execute various corporate documents, including Board and Shareholders, M&A`s, banking, finance and various required filings.

If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, Hibob is where you want to be!

We view the ideal candidate as one who is passionate to learn what it takes to run corporate from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will partner with various stakeholders internal and external providing guidance, support and leadership to cross-functional teams worldwide about various legal matters. .

• Law degree from a top academic institute

• Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience as a corporate lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a major law firm

• Excellent negotiation, drafting and analytical skills, and commercial transactions experience

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns

• Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours and days

• Ability to work effectively remotely

• Excellent English

• Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments
