Corporate Lawyer (Tech Division)

Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a skilled and motivated lawyer to join the corporate team within its Tech Division.

We advise technology companies on corporate law matters, including M&A, venture capital, corporate governance, board and executive management issues, and related legal aspects. We are looking for individuals passionate about excellence and innovation in law and technology. This opportunity is ideal for those eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, serving fascinating local and international clients across sectors such as generative AI, cybersecurity, adtech, fintech, defense, and medical.

Requirements:

*1-5 years of experience at a leading law firm in Israel or a common law jurisdiction (e.g., the US, UK, Canada, or Australia), preferably in corporate law including M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance, board matters, and executive agreements.

* Graduated from a top educational institution in Israel or a common law jurisdiction, and admitted to practice law in Israel and/or such jurisdiction(s).

* Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

* Demonstrated excellence in corporate law, with experience drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements, corporate governance documents, board resolutions, executive employment agreements, and related regulatory filings.

* Passionate, ambitious, and thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments, with curiosity about emerging technologies.

* A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
