Salesforce Administrator (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Salesforce platform configurations, including workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and reports

- Lead system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to improve business processes and user experience

- Create and maintain automated workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline operations

- Design and generate complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making

- Provide user training and support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features

- Manage user roles, security settings, and permission sets

- Ensure data quality and maintain data integrity across the platform

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

- Salesforce Administrator Certification - an advantage!

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Proficiency in creating workflows, process builders, and flow automation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience with data migration and integration tools

- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus
