IT Specialist for System Management and Support

looking for an IT Specialist (Contractor) to assist with IT ticketing and system management. We are seeking candidates with knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Requirements:

Experience with Okta – Identity and Access Management system.
Proficiency in Jamf – for remote management of macOS and iOS devices.
Expertise in macOS, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for Apple computers.
Knowledge in MDM (Mobile Device Management) – for remote management and security of mobile devices.
Advantage: Experience in scripting for process automation (not mandatory).

Location: Contractor role. Position Scope: IT support and system management on-demand.
