Vice President Finance (Nasdaq traded startup)- 3158

Job Description:

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the VP Finance reports to the CEO

and assumes a strategic role. As such, the VP Finance takes part in structuring company

strategy and participates in key decision-making. The VP Finance position oversees the financial and operational matters of Nasdaq traded company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

 CPA, BA in Accounting or Finance, MBA highly desirable

 Proven experience as CFO / VP Finance in public traded companies

 Experience with Nasdaq traded companies

 Experience in managing operational and legal aspects.

 Experience of team management world wide

 Experience in Business management, managing business models, and act as business

partner of the CEO

 English - Fluent writing and speaking.

 High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-

orientation.

 High-level IFRS knowledge and accounting practice.
