About the job

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join the Candivore team and be a key player in driving the success of Match Masters. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our brand, engaging with our vibrant community across multiple platforms and executing innovative CRM campaigns. We’re looking for a creative, service-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to elevating player satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and deliver engaging content across social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Twitter) to connect with our diverse player base
• Serve as the main point of contact for followers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering a positive community atmosphere
• Monitor community feedback, providing insights to the product and development teams
• Organize online events, competitions, and live streams to enhance community engagement and educate players on game features and updates
• Analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for channel growth and improved engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a community & social media manager
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly creative with strong attention to detail and content creation abilities
• Deep knowledge of social media tools, trends, and best practices
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring metrics and developing growth strategies
• Proactive, adaptable, and continuously eager to learn and improve
• Well-organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
