Technology Strategy Consultant - Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a self-driven Technology Strategy Consultant to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) practice. You will collaborate with top Israeli enterprises and Fortune 500 companies to align technology strategies with business goals, leveraging your expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Your insights will help optimize IT investments, streamline operations, and drive innovation.

Selected candidates will receive mentorship and access to extensive knowledge, playbooks, methodologies and global consultants to develop in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and technology landscape through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Design and implement enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive architecture models across business, information, application, and technology layers.
• Create comprehensive technology strategy roadmaps that align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Identify key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Perform assessments of clients’ IT environments, analyzing gaps in capabilities, technology stacks, and processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams - IT, business operations, and project management.
• Support clients in managing change associated with technology transformations, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree - BSc Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Business Administration (IT) or substantial practical experience (Mamram, 8200, etc.).
• 8+ years (2-3 positions) of diverse technology related experience in multiple domains, 3 or more of the following : development, infrastructure, data analysis, product, presale, tech PMO, Cloud.
• Proficiency in modelling tools (e.g., Figma, Visio, draw.io, UML)
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. (e.g., TOGAF, eTOM, Bian)
• Experience with at least one of the top cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and presenting to IT leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and work on multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
• Previous role as an IT or R&D architect
• Experience as a developer
• Master degree in computer science of business administration (with IT focus)
• Relevant certification (Cloud architect, Etc,)
• Experience working with the Israel defense/public sector
• Active Security clearance (Israel)
