Goals and Responsibilities:

• Market Leadership: Strengthen Sonovia's sales efforts to ensure we outperform competitors and position us as a leader in our sector.
• Market Research: Conduct targeted market research to stay on top of trends, maintaining a competitive edge in sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Data and Metrics: Define, monitor, and analyze key sales metrics to optimize strategies and drive measurable success.
• Audience Targeting: Develop targeted sales campaigns and promotions, segmenting audiences for effective customer engagement.
• Sales and Brand Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies that reinforce Sonovia's brand image and drive growth.
• Data Management: Oversee data segmentation, maintain data quality, and manage customer engagement points.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales and CRM strategies with Sonovia’s broader objectives.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven sales of machinery & consumables experience, ideally with new products in a startup setting. 
• Advantageous experience in textile sales and working with European/global markets.
• Advantage selling and maintaining relationships with global manufacturers and international brands.
• Deep knowledge of the denim and fashion industry
• High-level English proficiency.
• Knowledge of digital tools, including LinkedIn, and strong communication skills
• Creative, strategic mindset with analytical abilities.
