About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team, leading the development of our enterprise-grade, React-based management console application. This centralized platform enables real-time visibility, control, and orchestration of cyber recovery processes across complex ICS and OT networks.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in system architecture, backend and frontend implementation, and performance optimization. You’ll own key technical areas, contribute to strategic product decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product management to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain a robust React and .NET Core-based management console
• Develop reusable UI components in React and TypeScript based on design system guidelines
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in .NET Core
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead refactoring initiatives and drive software quality improvements
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure security-first design principles and contribute to threat modeling
• Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core
• 3+ years of experience building React-based web applications in production environments
• Strong grasp of web application architecture and scalable API design
• Experience with secure development practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
• Responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments
• Proficiency in multithreading, performance tuning, and system scalability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with storage management protocols (e.g., SAN, NAS) and ability to programmatically interact with them (iSCSI, NFS, SMB)
• Experience developing administrative dashboards or control panels
• Background in containerized and microservice environments
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domains: encryption, audit logging, incident response
• Experience with infrastructure management, backup systems, or disaster recovery
• Exposure to hybrid and cloud-native deployment models
