Senior Full-Stack Developer — Founding Team Member

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Full-Stack Developer to join as a foundational team member in building a new capital markets platform aimed at the US market.

This role is not just about writing code — it’s about taking ownership. You’ll be leading the development of a brand-new product, setting the technical direction, and making crucial decisions about architecture, scalability, and maintainability. You’ll work directly with the CEO and a product designer in a lean, high-trust environment where your decisions will directly shape the company’s success.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes pride in building high-quality products from scratch, and understands what it takes to create systems that are not only functional today but will scale and stay maintainable for years to come.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build the full technology stack for a scalable real estate search platform.
• Make key decisions around technology choices, infrastructure, data structures, and system architecture.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and secure code with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Build user-facing features with a strong focus on usability, collaborating closely with design to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Stay proactive on emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring the product stays ahead of the curve.
• Translate real-world business requirements into robust, efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure the platform aligns with industry standards in security and compliance, especially for sensitive data related to real estate assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level full-stack experience building and scaling web applications from the ground up.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, with React and Node.js being strong advantages.
• Strong architectural thinking — able to design systems for long-term flexibility, maintainability, and scalability.
• Deep understanding of security best practices for web applications.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to get deeply involved in both frontend and backend work.
• High availability and responsiveness — you thrive in a startup environment and understand the urgency that early-stage building requires.
• Experience working closely with product and design teams, and a good sense for user experience and design detail.
• Knowledge of the US capital markets market or a strong willingness to learn industry-specific language and workflows (a plus, but not required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re excited by the idea of being an early team member and having a significant impact on the product and company.
