Senior FP&A and Pricing Analyst

Leading industrial company is hiring Senior Analyst to join our corporate team in Israel which provide services to subsidiaries aboard. The Senior Analyst is responsible for analysis function and overseeing pricing strategies to support the company’s financial goals. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop budget, forecasts, and pricing models, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to set optimal pricing strategies
• To recommend which products to develop based on ROI.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting with responsibility for inventory costing process, end month accruals etc.
• Provide weekly sales report.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
• Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare presentations for management.
• Responsibility for setup new customers budgets
• Transfer price setup between subsidiaries.
• Partnership in the development of annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Partnership with M&A process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in pricing strategy.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in PBI programming is preferred.
• Experience with BI software and ERP systems, Priority, PowerBI is advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Hebrew and English
