Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Relations: Manage sales, upsells, renewals, and customer relations for a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Customer Onboarding and Implementation: Lead onboarding, creating implementation plans aligned with client goals for timely value delivery.
• Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor, helping customers maximize value from Reflectiz solutions.
• Client Engagement: Maintain high engagement levels, conduct account reviews, and manage routine performance planning.
• Customer Advocacy: Drive advocacy through case studies and client references.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a client-facing role and within a SaaS company.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Capability to learn and convey new solutions and product features effectively.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proven success in exceeding objectives and self-motivated, goal-driven.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Independent, energetic, positive attitude, and adaptability to fast-paced startup environments.
• Familiarity in sales process in Israel - an advantage
