IT Systems Administrator

As an IT Systems Administrator at Gong, you will be a key player in configuring and managing our core SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless operation for all employees. If you thrive on ownership, solving complex technical challenges, and enhancing business efficiency through automation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our IT infrastructure. This position is based on-site in Tel Aviv, with the possibility for remote work.

As An IT Systems Administrator, You Will

• Configure and manage core SaaS platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Proofpoint, Okta, and Office 365 to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Take ownership of medium to high-complexity incidents, providing timely responses and updates to users, management, and team members.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for incident resolutions, workarounds, and operational processes.
• Develop processes and automation to accelerate business enablement and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage user access to systems during critical employee lifecycle events, including pre-hire, onboarding, and separation.
• Independently prioritize tasks and track progress, ensuring minimal supervision is required.
  
  

You Should Apply If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration and SaaS management, with a strong background in supporting enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in network administration, software administration, and platform integrations.
• Experience managing identity provider (IdP) platforms and integrating them across systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing virtual infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to support a remote workforce, ensuring smooth operations regardless of location.
• The ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing incidents and requests with efficiency.
