Business Analyst

We’re looking for an analytical and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will analyze business results, track KPIs, and use BI tools to enhance company performance and drive the achievement of our business goals. Your expertise in data analysis and strategic insights will help us tackle challenges, innovate growth strategies, and improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance, track KPIs, and recommend strategies to optimize company success.
• Leverage BI systems to evaluate data, identify trends, and uncover gaps and opportunities in business processes.
• Use analytical skills and sound judgment to solve business challenges and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with market analysts, business developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives.
• Generate and propose innovative ideas and strategies to stimulate company growth.
• Conduct business process audits to ensure efficiency and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in analytical and business roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to translate complex data and concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Business-driven mindset, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
