## About the position

To support our growth, we seek a passionate and experienced Product Manager with strong product marketing experience to take a leadership role in the company.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Own the product lifecycle from feature conception to launch.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Translate business needs to detailed specs for engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth
• Work closely with clients, sales and account managers to ensure product-market fit

The ideal candidate has a strong business acumen and can translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions for diverse stakeholders - from senior executives to smallholder farmers.

## Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Passion to make a positive impact
• 3+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years of product marketing experience
• Proven track record of launching successful B2B products
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Team player - no (or little) ego
• Ability to cope with change and uncertainty (we are a startup, after all...)
• Comfortable with remote work and access to a strong internet connection
• Ability and willingness to travel and work in rural areas in developing countries
