We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department. As a Senior PMM, you will work on communicating accessiBe’s product message to the world and helping us build accessiBe as a thought leader in the web accessibility space. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, navigating our product positioning, crafting persona & industry messaging of accessiBe’s products and services, optimizing conversion rates, and leading marketing initiatives to drive business growth (such as email marketing, competitive research, sales enablement, etc.).

What you will be doing:

• Conduct industry, market, and competitive research and analysis (including interviews and surveys)
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to understand accessiBe’s business goals and strategy
• Identify and research key target personas for accessiBe’s products and services.
• Conduct internal analysis based on business data (Salesforce reports, GA4, and Gong)
• Lead feature/product launch processes by clearly defining accessiBe’s positioning, messaging, and differentiation from competitors.
• Research, identify, and describe key marketing personas and messaging for accessiBe’s products and services.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop sales collateral and training materials for sales teams, including building sales and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with the product team on product feature prioritization.
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a PMM (preferably B2B SaaS experience) - A Must!
• Proven experience in conducting market and competitive research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proven track record of translating business goals and insights into actionable PMM strategies.
• Skilled in developing and crafting product messaging and positioning, driving differentiation, and emphasizing key value propositions.
• Experienced in developing successful content strategies and building different product marketing assets such as landing pages, customer emails, product feature one-pagers, sales pitch decks, and other marketing/sales collateral
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A demonstrated mix of creative and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• High level of English proficiency (Native level - advantage).
