Hands On Full Stack Team Lead

Ardon is a leading medical equipment company dedicated to empowering healthcare through integrated solutions and pioneering technology for comprehensive patient care.

At Ardon, we develop interfaces that facilitate test interpretation and collaborate with hospitals, health funds, ambulances, and more.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our development team as a Full Stack Team Lead - Hands On.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, high motivation, and a customer-oriented approach.

In this role, you will:

1. spend 50% of your time coding and addressing customer service inquiries

2. 50% mentoring and guiding team members in problem-solving, work closely with the project manager to evaluate timelines and allocate development tasks to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain code based on existing frameworks as well as develop new code.
• Apply creative problem-solving to address requests from the medical team.
• Install servers and manage troubleshooting both on-site and remotely.
• Document and share information among company employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of experience managing a development team
• At least 4 years of experience as a Developer (C# and React). 
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Patience in addressing client and team members questions and a passion for sharing knowledge.
• Lead feature development from design and implementation through to testing and deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English
