Business Intelligence Analyst

A SPORT-TECH startup dedicated to revolutionizing the way athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and coaches improve their performance. The company has developed an innovative system combining light-based pods and a mobile app to provide an engaging and dynamic training experience.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, close to a train station, with two work-from-home days per week. They have a team of 40 employees, 30 of whom are based in Israel.

Role Overview:

• As part of the team, this role involves leading data analysis and providing actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of analytics, business acumen, and technical expertise, with a proven track record in delivering impactful, data-driven solutions.

Tech Stack- Data visualization tools, SQL, Python, Cloud Big Data, and Airflow.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on business analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a must.
• Experience with Airflow for ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration is essential.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate business objectives into data strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail, particularly in ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• High level of English proficiency.
