Social Media and PR Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media and PR Manager to join our team in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage seasonal social media and influencer marketing strategies for international markets.
• Manage social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
• Monitor social media platforms daily, implementing community engagement strategies to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all creative initiatives.
• Work closely with Creative on seasonal content themes and execution.
• Lead influencer marketing efforts, conduct research media outlets and manage all analytics and reporting to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in social media management within the consumer goods sector, with proven experience building strong brand identity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, lifestyle-oriented, is essential.
• Proficiency in all social media platforms, including familiarity with current trends, platform best practices, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and proactively address issues with high attention to detail.
