Program Manager Required

The role includes managing the program at the company level and full responsibility for the timeline, budget, and quality.

Management and oversight of the work plan and meeting milestones.

Leading kick-off discussions, contract reviews, and design reviews.

Leading presale processes such as campaigns, tenders, price quotes, and pricing.

Client leadership, product responsibility, and matrix management within the organization.

Collaboration with various interfaces such as technical project managers, production project managers, marketing, finance, team leaders, and engineering groups.

Requirements

Experience of at least 3 years in managing programs/projects that involve development and procurement according to classic project stages (specification, design phases, development completion, and transfer to production).

Experience in significant presale activities including solution specification, proposal formulation, negotiation, and leading the process to order - an advantage.

Experience in integration activities with large clients domestically and internationally - an advantage.

Relevant technological background in hardware/optics/mechanics - an advantage.

Experience in managing complex technological projects - an advantage.

Preference for experience in the defense sector.

Engineering degree - Electro-Optics/Electronics/Mechanics/Industrial Engineering.
