• 7+ years in software engineering with both frontend and backend experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills with 2+ years in a team or tech lead role.
• Experience building web applications from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficient in AWS and Node.js.
• Familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.
• Quick learner who embraces new tech with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
