Senior Product Manager

One of our clients, a pioneering company specializing in AI-driven Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their product management team. This innovative organization partners with financial technology firms, banks, and regulatory bodies globally to ensure compliant, secure, and efficient business growth through cutting-edge technology. With a mission to build trust in financial transactions, the company enables its clients to enter new markets and launch groundbreaking products safely.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development of the company’s next-generation flagship products, working closely with various teams to translate product strategies into detailed technical requirements and user stories. You will be instrumental in managing the product backlog, prioritizing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Responsibilities

• Translate product strategies, internal knowledge, and customer feedback into detailed technical requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Present product designs to stakeholders and development teams for alignment and feedback.
• Develop a deep understanding of the technical platform's capabilities and workflows.
• Manage the backlog, scope, and prioritize activities based on business value and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and other internal stakeholders to deliver products within time and quality constraints.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to other product managers in the team.
• Master and implement the Agile development process effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with AI-based and/or data-driven products.
• Proven hands-on experience across all stages of the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery.
• Technical background with an understanding of, or hands-on experience in, software development.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data platforms and data streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with financial-related products is a strong advantage.
• A technologically oriented degree.
