As we expand our reach, we are looking for a talented, charismatic, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help our consulting partners generate new business opportunities.
Your Role:
The BDR will play a pivotal role in driving partner growth and success by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads, leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools, and executing outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, skilled at managing multiple processes, and possess the charisma and empathy needed to build strong relationships with consulting partners.

Technical Skills (5+ years experience required):
- LinkedIn Business Development Strategies
- Sales Navigator
- Marketing Copywriting
- Tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Amplemarket)
- Process Management & Development
Required Technical Experience:
- Strong proficiency in email automation, LinkedIn automation, and prospecting tools.
- Proven experience in prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, ample market
- Demonstrated success in relationship-building and an ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- High level of creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to think outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients skilled at working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
- Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute email and strategic partner campaigns, tailoring messaging to address specific client needs.
- Pipeline Management: Collaborate with consulting partners to manage a robust pipeline, ensuring high-quality leads are nurtured and transitioned to sales conversations.
- Content Creation: Develop persuasive, tailored outreach copy and marketing content that resonates with targeted audiences and drives engagement.
- Process Development:** Implement and refine outreach processes, utilizing automation tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Relationship Building: Proactively communicate with prospects, demonstrating empathy and an understanding of their unique challenges, while positioning our consulting solutions.
Success Criteria
- Generate a steady flow of qualified leads, supporting consulting partners in achieving their sales targets.
- Effectively leverage email and LinkedIn automation tools to enhance outreach quality and efficiency.
- Build meaningful relationships with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach to uncover needs and align solutions.
- Exhibit creativity in content and visual storytelling to convey complex ideas in engaging and accessible ways.
- Maintain high levels of organization and time management, consistently meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, refining tactics and acquiring new skills to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track outreach performance, generate insights from data, and continually improve strategies to maximize results.
