We are hiring a People Business Partner to support the Israeli site and be part of the global People team, who will lead, support and implement people programs across talent management, performance management, compensation, career development, and leadership capability. This role requires clear communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate in an innovative and ambiguous environment.
What’s the job?
- Support and execute organizational programs within the business units, such as performance and talent management, goals setting, compensation cycle, engagement programs, while ensuring local compliance and risk mitigation
- Lead all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through development, general HR matters, and off-boarding to maintain our unique culture and positive work environment.
- Lead local initiatives and actively participate in global projects and programs.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple regions with other People team members and business leaders to support the business, ensuring alignment with diverse perspectives and local nuances.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer appropriate solutions ] .
- Act as a central point of contact for managers and employees, facilitating two-way dialogue and collaboration.
- Ensure managerial growth and strong leadership backbone through regular 1:1s with leaders
- Participate in accountability routines to check aligned goals and gather insights into the health of the organization, making data-driven decisions
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in an HR business partner role. Preferably in the tech industry.
- Passion for the HR field and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience supporting leaders in multinational companies .
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrate ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency n HRIS and other HR-related software (preferably Workday).
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixes organization.
- Temporary position covering maternity leave for 6-12 months
