Customer Success Representative

About Us:

FINQ, a fast-growing fintech startup, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will support customers, and ensure they get the most value from our services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Guide customers through onboarding and assist them in using FINQ’s products effectively.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, solve issues, and drive satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant services to customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales ,success, or support
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., chat platforms, WhatsApp, and CRM systems).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work from from our  Tel Aviv office.
