Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Data-focused Manager to become part of our dynamic and expanding team. We're seeking an individual who is not only brilliant and methodical but also creatively inclined. The ideal candidate is someone who brings a blend of talent, enthusiasm, and experience to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Overseeing data collection methodologies

·        Managing and defining data annotation processes

·        Leading a team of annotators, including review of their work

·        Providing timely and accurate data sets to the algorithm team as per their requirements

·        Develop annotation utils and scripts

Requirements:

·        Experience developing in Python

·        Experience working with Excel

·        A strategic thinker with exceptional problem - solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

·        A thorough understanding of best practices in data management

·        Outstanding interpersonal capabilities, including both written and verbal communication skills, essential for collaboration across various teams

·        Proactive and able to work independently, navigating through uncertain situations.

·        Highly organized

·        A Bachelor's degree or currently a student in a relevant field would be beneficial
