We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our small and high-quality team and lead our Disruptive product in the B2C channel!

You will be responsible for developing effective and efficient data analysis solutions, interpreting and communicating data-driven insights to support decision-making, and driving data-driven initiatives to achieve business objectives. Be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, determining customer metrics, identifying opportunities, and leading the company to meet its performance goals. You’ll also manage a large marketing budget across multiple channels and points of sale, define and implement bidding strategies in close collaboration with the Data Science and Analytics team, and conduct deep-dive analysis and A/B testing to optimize performance. Collaborate across departments to provide actionable insights and recommendations that shape decision-making.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product).

High proficiency in SQL.

Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI tools (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience working with data warehouse/data lake tools such as Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Knowledge of Python.

Experience building ETL processes – an advantage.

Knowledge/experience in ELK stack and Grafana – an advantage.

High level of English.

Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply them to facilitate performance optimization.
