About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Team!

As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage all aspects of the company’s relationship with its existing customers and help us build and shape our CS team and processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering ongoing value following successful onboarding, adoption, and sustaining methodologies and best practices.
• Responsible for customer renewals and expansions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing aspects.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with stakeholders at various levels on the customer side, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead our CS department.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
• Proactively drive projects with customers and/or internally.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, in a SaaS ecosystem.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities, and proven experience in a direct client-facing role.
• Ability to handle high-paced sales processes and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Strong customer service and technical support capabilities, with excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Capable of working in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment.
• Skilled in communicating and managing processes with C-level.
• Self-learner and fast learner with a self-motivated mentality
• Sales tools knowledge - Plus
• Technological knowledge - Plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Plus
• Fluent in English.
