A Help Desk is needed for the technological service center at a large insurance company in Tel Aviv

We are looking for an HD with a technical background for a position that includes: providing service to internal and external corporate customers

which includes accompanying and providing a professional response, solving technical problems, granting permissions, managing the employee life cycle

and service to all the company's customers.

The position is in convenient shifts 07:00 - 17:00.

Job requirements:

Experience of at least one and a half years in support of centers and control of Office software or military experience - mandatory

High awareness of service, technological orientation and a desire to progress and develop
