We are currently seeking an experienced Product analyst to join our new and growing Data & Analytics team in Tel Aviv!

You will be part of the core Data & Analytics team, working closely with Walkme decision makers with Product department. You will be responsible for driving analysis into the health of the business and will be at the forefront of identifying actionable trends, challenges and opportunities.

This is not the typical analyst role – this is a highly visible position that will have the opportunity to help develop and scale our operational cadence and become an influential leader within the company.

What will you actually be doing?

• Work closely with our Product Managers ,Monitor, measure, and create clarity around the product performance
• Analyze complex data-related issues raised by customers and collaborate with R&D and Product Managers to resolve them.
• Build the Company’s main reports and dashboards, while keeping a balanced focus across analytics, strategy, process & infrastructure
• Develop and understand the KPIs for each department and provide tools for them to act upon data insights· Bring new perspectives and fresh ideas to the table, and measure their effect on the business
• Lead the way for Walkme to consume data by a single source of truth
  
  

• 2+ years in a Product/Data Analyst role is a must .
• Proven SQL experience
• BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science - An advantage
• B2B/Saas product analysis experience - An advantage
• Exceptional quantitative skills
• Very high level of English, both verbal and written
• Experience in data modeling and building ETL's - An Advantage
• Experience working with Tableau BI - An Advantage
• Experience with Salesforce - An Advantage
