Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager at Impact Networks Group ( Or Yehuda)

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for anything financial.

journal entries, analyzing data, managing finances, and overseeing fixed assets.

The role will involve daily financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

• Full financial management, (customers + suppliers).
• Banks,
• collection
• invoices/receipts
• working in front of the an external accountant,
• employee pensions.
• Administrative tasks: manage the financial relationship with the vendors/clients ,Calanders, printing, emails, quotes, hosting meetings, working with customers and suppliers from Israel and abroad.
• HR Tasks: Responding to employees needs, contracts, overtime, petty cash, managing employee Car
• The CEO's right hand

Qualifications

an experienced Administrative manager with deep knowledge and proven experience in finances

Accounting 1+2.

Can do attitude , fast learning of processes. extremely sharp

For a challenging role that includes:

• 2 years experience with ERP - mandatory . ( Priority software preferred )
• CashFLow Management - Mandatory
• Fluent Hebrew - mandatory!
• good level of English - mandatory!
• 2 years experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook ,Excel ) - Mandatory
• 2 years Experience with banking systems - Mandatory
• Accounting 1+2 - an advantage.
• Immediate availability - an advantage.
• Assertive, orderly, organized.
• Work on multiple systems.Fast learning of new computer systems - Mandatory
• Service, patience, assertiveness, representative, dynamic
• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
• Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
