• Management and Leadership of Complex Engineering Projects: Manage and lead complex engineering projects in the areas of production and construction.
• Establishment of New High-Budget Facilities: Oversee the establishment of new facilities with significant budgets.
• Interface Management: Manage interfaces with authorities, contractors, and suppliers.
• Leadership in Planning and Implementation of Technological Processes: Lead the planning and implementation of technological processes.
• Team Management: Manage a team of 8 engineers and project managers.
• Engineering Support for Operational Departments: Provide engineering support to operational departments.
• Membership in the Operations Department Management and Participation in Strategy Development: Participate in the operations department management and contribute to the development of the department's strategy.

• Academic Degree: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry - mandatory.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical/process engineer or project manager in the process industry.
• Proven Experience in Managing Complex Projects and Teams: Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams - at least 2 years.
• Independent Work and Decision-Making Ability: Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Ability to Handle Pressure and Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously: Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Systemic Vision and Ability to Manage Large Budgets: Systemic vision and ability to manage large budgets.

תיאור התפקיד: 

- ניהול והובלת פרויקטים הנדסיים מורכבים בתחומי הייצור והבינוי

- הקמת מפעלים חדשים עתירי תקציב

- ניהול ממשקים מול רשויות, קבלנים וספקים

- הובלת תכנון והטמעת תהליכים טכנולוגיים

- ניהול צוות של 8 מהנדסים ומנהלי פרויקטים

- תמיכה הנדסית במחלקות התפעול

- חברות בהנהלת אגף התפעול והשתתפות בגיבוש אסטרטגיית האגף

דרישות התפקיד:

- תואר בהנדסת מכונות/כימיה - חובה

- ניסיון של לפחות 5 שנים כמהנדס/ת מכונות/תהליך/ניהול פרויקטים בתעשייה תהליכית

- ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים מורכבים וצוותים - שנתיים לפחות

- יכולת עבודה עצמאית וקבלת החלטות

- יכולת עמידה בלחצים וניהול מספר פרויקטים במקביל

- ראייה מערכתית ויכולת ניהול תקציבים גדולים
