Billing and Collection Expert

We are seeking an experienced Billing and Collection Expert to join our billing and collection team, and be a key player in the team’s daily activities. The ideal candidate will have data analysis experience, with attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks, along with extensive knowledge of financial software applications, specifically NetSuite, Zuora, and Stripe.

**This position is initially a maternity leave cover for a period of 9-10 months, with a strong possibility for a long-term role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing:
• Be a focal point and a source of knowledge for the additional team members.
• Handling requests and ensuring billing is accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Collection:
• Be familiar and assist with collection processes.
• Software Expertise:
• Experience with Netsuite, Zuora and Salesforce abilities and reports.
• Excellent excel knowledge.
• Customer Service:
• Be responsive, accurate and professional when handling interaction with customer facing teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Billing and collections and Data analysis management.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Zuora & Stripe is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask within a fast-paced environment.
