We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a FinOps and customer success engineer.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role at CloudHiro for FinOps and Customer Success.

The role involves working with customers, aligning our platform to their needs, providing personalized cost-saving solutions, conducting account reviews, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo with flexibility for some remote work. On top of that, work closely with product and R&D teams to perfect our solution.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in managing cloud costs and optimizing spending
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
