Senior Account Executive

The Role

As a Core Account Executive, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, taking full ownership of the entire sales process. You’ll build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their sales challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can significantly boost their sales. Joining us at this early stage means you'll be a cornerstone of our rapidly growing company, working closely with a team of bright, curious, practical, and good people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Negotiate and close deals to meet ambitious sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor on sales best practices
• Onboard new customers and ensure the successful adoption of our platform
• Occasionally travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Recruit and build a high-performing sales team

Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role within a B2B product-oriented environment (startup, SaaS company)
• Over 4 years of full-cycle sales experience
• Excellent knowledge of sales development and lead generation practices, along with all key principles
• Experience with outbound sales practices and tools - Must
• Proven experience selling SaaS tools to SaaS companies
• Experience in selling to the US market - a significant advantage
• Experience selling to both SMB and enterprise clients - a big advantage
• Proficiency in managing CRM systems and sales processes
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
• Resilient and unafraid of failure
• English speaker
