Full Stack Team Lead

Cellxpert is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead with an emphasis on Frontend. We’re a boutique tech company with a cutting edge product in the online marketing industry, trusted by global brands such as Fiverr , Elementor and Lemonade. Located in the heart of Tel-Aviv. Full-time position in a SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Dev team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, support, account, and QA, to conceptualize, develop, and implement new features for our cutting-edge product.
• Drive forward the development of our new Frontend react application in a hands-on way.
• Take ownership of the  design and development of both backend and frontend components, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Oversee the integration of new features with existing frameworks and systems to enhance the overall functionality of our platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on coding and technical leadership as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement within our product offerings.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, are followed consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 1 year  in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, SQL, and Express.
• Strong frontend development skills using React, TypeScript, and MobX.
• Experience with Angular is a plus.
• Solid understanding of AWS services such as S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
