Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Aim for exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Goal-Oriented Focus:
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive monthly account growth.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Product Development) to improve the client experience.
• Provide feedback to enhance our services.
• Business Development:
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage key executives and stakeholders.
• Driven and Energetic: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and pursue goals proactively.
• Strategic Thinker: Plan strategically to meet immediate and long-term client needs.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data dashboards; proficient in Excel and similar tools.
• Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in solving client issues and finding creative solutions.
• Team Player: Collaborate with the sales team to meet quotas while keeping clients satisfied.
