We’re Hiring: IT Support Specialist
Your Role:
Manage the IT processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, including SaaS license allocation. Collaborate with HR and operations to provision and track employee equipment.
Provide technical support for computers, software, and peripherals in Israel.
Take ownership of global IT support, ensuring smooth operations across all regions.
Handle asset tracking and management on a global scale.
Implement and maintain GlobalDots’ IT, security, and disaster recovery policies.
Lead the charge on security incidents and potential breaches with a proactive approach.
Ensure compliance with GlobalDots IT and security policies throughout the organization.
Manage device and systems backup to ensure data security.
Technical Knowledge Required:
Experience with tools like Intune, Jamf, and Okta for managing devices and security.
Knowledge of IT security practices and policy implementation.
