Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Urban Place.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as:

• communicate with new clients
• convert leads to a tour, conduct a tour and close deals
• understand the customer’s needs and ensure that the solution matches customer expectations across service, timeline, budget, quality, etc.
• responsibil for every stage of the price offer, negotiation and up to the signing of the contract
• retain and upgrade existing customers
• work closely with the Community Managers to achieve successful onboarding

Tasks will be often delegated by the Head of Sales, but require initiation, responsibility and self direction.

Job requirement

• Proven sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with basic computer systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Excellent team player
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Experience in the Sales Force system is advantage
• Knowledge of the coworking or real estate industry is advantage
