This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist at Barak Capital in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, help desk support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and offering customer support on a daily basis.

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Troubleshooting desktop computers
• Customer Support experience
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Relevant certification in IT or related field is a plus
