 Investor Relations Operations Support Associate (maternity leave replacement) Full Time

A leading hedge fund in Tel Aviv is searching for an Investor Relations Operations Support Associate to perform the following:

1. Provide operational support to marketing team for day-to-day marketing work: assistance with preparing documents, answering queries, and prepare supporting reports.
2. Maintain CRM system on behalf of marketing team: enter and manage data, assist with development projects with CRM provider.
3. Communicate with institutional, high net worth and family office clients in connection with their investment in the fund
4. Maintain ongoing relationship with service providers and other counterparts

Requirements:

Family office experience/banking experience/investment house experience/Insurance Companies experience - advantage

Academic degree- advantage

1. Proficiency in Office (Excel skills - must)
2. Experience in a technical/systems work environment- advantage
3. High proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking)- must
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, working in a dynamic environment, quick learner, multitasker, independent, thorough, detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and high motivation
5. Immediate availability - advantage
