Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts and help us attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and a passion for building strong teams.

What you will be doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate with HRBP’s and hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs
• Conduct in-depth interviews at a high level
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools effectively
• Maintain candidate databases and provide recruitment analytics and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Represent Yad2 at job fairs and networking events
• Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within Tech and Product teams
• Proven track record in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and filling roles across various disciplines
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
• Experience with recruiting systems, including data analysis, employment contracts, AI functionalities, etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
• Familiarity with Israeli labor laws and employment practices
