HRBP & TA Specialist (Temporary Position for 9-10 months)

Panaya is looking for an experienced and dynamic HRBP & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the business by driving key HR initiatives and managing talent acquisition processes to attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR guidance while overseeing full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support managers and employees with performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR programs and processes, including succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including onboarding new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee retention strategies.
• Analyze HR metrics, including recruitment data, and present reports to leadership as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of HRBP experience - a must
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and inform business decisions.
• Experience with Comeet recruitment software - an advantage
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• This is a temporary position for a period of 10-11 months.
