Job Description:

As a Risk Assessment & GRC Consultant at CWG, you will be responsible for evaluating the security posture of various IT environments while ensuring governance and compliance with industry standards. Your main tasks will include assessing network architectures, reviewing security controls, implementing GRC frameworks, and advising on compliance-related improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess network/system architecture, security controls, and segmentation.
• Review access control policies, NAC solutions, and firewall rules.
• Evaluate user access, password policies, and authentication mechanisms.
• Analyze network security, including data integrity, APT, DDoS, and 0-day risks.
• Ensure proper auditing, logging, and monitoring systems are in place.
• Verify encryption protocols, data protection, and backup strategies.
• Assess OS patching, anti-malware systems, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Implement GRC frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices.
• Advise on compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC 2, NIST, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in risk assessments, cybersecurity, and GRC frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of network security, NAC solutions, encryption protocols, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with advanced cyber threats and security tools.
• Experience with governance, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
