Responsibilities

As Software Director, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team, responsible for delivering top-quality software that meets automotive safety standards.
• Collaborate with management and key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, and meet business objectives.
• Define and execute clear goals, processes, and plans for the software development team, guiding them through complex projects.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and learning.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews to ensure the quality and effectiveness of software solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, recommending solutions to improve software and system performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the company to achieve shared goals.
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering positions.
• 7+ years of experience in Software management, including leading team leaders.
• Proven experience with Embedded Software and DSP programming as well as managing aspects of cross-teams plans and interfaces.
• A commitment to accountability, quality, organization, and methodological approaches to software development.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills, with the ability to empower teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for automotive radar technology and a desire to make a significant impact on the industry.
  
  

• Experience with radar technologies and/or the automotive industry.
