A TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

Looking for A TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRAM MANAGER for a small deep-tech startup in HASHARON AREA

Lead a small team of multidisciplinary engineers and researchers in the domain of novel semiconductor high power and high frequency transistors devices, from prototype to industrialize.

What do you need to bring with you:

• Msc \ Phd in Electrical Engineering\Material Engineering\ physics – must! Post doc- an advantage

• Direct management experience including leading a small group of engineers and research & project management -must !

• Hands on – must! experience and deep knowledge in power electronic transistors

• Semiconductors physics, microfabrication devices, transistors design (ie. FET, TFT or CMOS ) /modeling/packaging –must !

• Experience working with different semiconducting materials such as GaN, Si, metal oxides etc. – must !

• Worked in a start-up environment, leading novel technology projects with an end customer - must.

• Experience designing and fabricating devices in clean rooms- must

• Experience working with high power FETs or RF FET\digital or analog circuits - advantage

• Software simulation skills : ANSYS , TCAD, COMSOL or similar- advantage

• Background in control systems – an advantage
