About the role:

We seek a QA engineer for a product team to take full responsibility for ensuring product quality. You will develop and execute exploratory tests, design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, and oversee regression testing. You'll collaborate with team members to define corrective actions, drive quality improvements, and ensure that the product meets both user and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical designs, providing timely feedback.
• Design comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with product goals.
• Proactively estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities with development and product team members.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring quick resolution through active communication.
• Perform thorough regression testing and ensure quality standards are met for new and existing products.
• Monitor debugging results and track quality assurance metrics, holding the team accountable for quality.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance (7+ years)
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
