R&D Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Design Mechanical & Multidisciplinary modules from the initial concept to release as a part of the R&D department regarding medical and safety device standards and focus on customers and business specifications.

Find creative design solutions to problems. Present prototypes and designs to customers and project managers. Conduct Risk Analysis & FMEA.

Involve in product integration, verification, reliability, qualification, environmental and safety tests in external LAB and in-house. Conduct FTA and detect preferred system technical solutions. Write accurate protocols and reports.

Design Jigs & Fixtures. Involve in transfer to production, support production lines,

Knowledge and Experience

Practical / .Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering

At least 2 years of proven experience in engineering environments of multidisciplinary or medical products

Experience in Machining, designing hydraulic & pneumatic elements, sheet metal, Injection molding, Extrusion, and Electronic packaging.

Proficiency in SolidWorks & ePDM - Must

Knowledge of standards and regulations – Preferred

Knowledge of other ERP, PLM - Preferred

Fluent in Hebrew and English. Additional languages are preferred

Availability to travel abroad and domestically.
