System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our large governmental organization in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain diverse Linux systems at the sysadmin level, including installations, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

-Monitor and administer enterprise-wide systems ensuring reliability and optimal resource utilization

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, networking and security in coordination with cross-functional teams

-Maintain and improve the company’s cloud infrastructure with a focus on providing scalable and reliable solutions

-Perform regular system updates, patch management and backups to safeguard data integrity and system availability

-Ensure systems and applications are in compliance with security policies and best practices

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with Linux systems, including installations and troubleshooting at the sysadmin level
• Experience with enterprise-wide systems such as VMware and knowledge of networking protocols
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP - an advantage
