Help Desk Technician

A Help Desk for a large and successful medical organization in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

-Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software and networking issues

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems

-Diagnose and fix problems with computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers and scanners

-Assist users with Microsoft Office applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any related queries

-Maintain and manage user accounts in including creation, modification and termination of accounts

-Document and track all support requests to ensure efficient resolution and follow-up

-Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
• Proficient in Windows operating systems and common desktop applications
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in Active Directory and its management
